James Gray clearly doesn’t want to rest after shooting Mark Wahlberg drama We Own The Night.
He’s already planning his next film – another drama, this one called Alphabet City. It’s based on a novel by Dirty Pretty Things scribe Steve Knight, who also penned the first draft of the script. The plot focuses on a journalist who throws himself deep undercover in a dodgy New York neighbourhood to chronicle gangs and drug abuse.
Now Gray will rewrite that script, and will start looking to find himself a cast.
