In yet another round of Studio Refuses To Release Details Of Minor Comedy For Fear That Someone Will Steal The Idea, Sony is playing all coy with details on the new spec script it’s bought to dangle in front of Adam Sandler’s nose.
Jack And Jill, penned by actor/writer/director Ben Zook, features “fraternal twins”. And that’s it for the plot information. Sandler has a production company at Sony – Happy Madison – and he’ll develop the script before deciding whether or not to star in it. If he decides it’s not really up his street, expect to see Jack And Jill starring Rob Schneider hit cinemas next year….
