Quintessential English fop Hugh Grant, and New York gal Sarah Jessica Parker are to star in a romantic comedy together.
The project has been written by the man who brought us Hugh Grant in Two Weeks Notice and Music And Lyrics, Marc Lawrence. He will also direct the film, with the view to a start date in March 2009.
The comedy will centre around a New York power couple, who are placed in a witness protection scheme after witnessing a murder - forcing them into small-town life.
Parker is currently also lined up for another New York life-change film. The adaptation of Karen Quinn's book The Ivy Chronicles, sees a woman start again after she loses her husband, job and home. Feelgood fun for all the family!
