Since Stan Winston’s next horror production The Deaths Of Ian has selected London and the Isle of Man for shooting locations, you’d guess that plenty of British thesps would be showing up for meaty roles.
And you’d be right. While Poseidon survivor Mike Vogel will play the central part of Ian, he’ll be surrounded by UK actors. Christina Cole, better known as witchy warrior Cassie on the just-cancelled Sky series Hex will jump from a small role in Casino Royale to playing Ian’s girlfriend.
Meanwhile, director Dario Piana has found roles for Michael Feast (Long Time Dead), Heist’s Jaime Murray, Coronation Street type Michael Dixon and Andrew Buchan, late of the recent Jane Eyre TV adaptation.
As previously announced, Ian’s plot sees Vogel’s character suffering a horrible death but waking up to find himself alive… Only to die again in a hundred different ways.
