Halle** Berry**, who was involved in an automobile hit-and-run after the 42nd Grammy awards on Thursday (February 24) is under investigation by LA police. The actress was driving a hired Chevrolet Blazer which was involved in the crash, but the details of the incident are proving unclear, and it's still not evident whether Berry was alone in the car.
Speaking to CNN, Deputy Elisabeth Sach's of LA's County Sheriff's Department said, "It was a felony hit-and-run, but I don't know who was the hitter and who was the runner." Berry was treated for minor injuries, while a woman from a second car involved n the smash suffered a broken arm.
