Halle Berry is waiting for LA authorities to decided whether or not they will being charges against her following last week's hit and run accident with another vehicle. Berry was treated for injuries to the head following the smash, receiving 15-20 stitches for a gash to the forehead. The woman in the second car was treated for a wrist injury. According to CNN, the LA County Sheriff's office have filed a criminal complaint against Berry, who was driving a hired Chevrolet Blazer in the city after last Wednesday's (February 23) Grammy Awards.
