The woman injured when Halle Berry hit her car on the night of the recent Grammy's is to sue the actress, claiming that Berry was driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Hetal Raythatha was treated for a broken wrist after the smash, which was reported as a hit-and-run.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's office also considered pressing charges against Berry, but so far have declined to do so. Meanwhile Raythatha accusations are denied by Berry, who's spokesperson warned Raythatha against provoking a counter suit for slander. Berry was driving a rented Chevrolet when she ran a red light, causing a collision with Raythatha's vehicle. She then drove away from the scene.
