Crash’s Oscar-winning director-writer, Paul Haggis, is set to direct and produce Against All Enemies.

James Vanderbilt (The Rundown) is writing a second draft, based on Richard A Clarke’s best-selling memoir chronicling how the US government handled the Al-Qaida threat surrounding the 9/11 attacks.

Clarke is a former US terrorism czar so the book promises to be a pretty good insider’s account of the country’s security measures.
