If, like us, you’ve already watched the latest trailer for **Marvel Avengers Assemble more times than is probably advised by doctors, you might be wondering when you’ll get to see any new footage. The answer to that question is… Now! Because thanks to Yahoo Movies Japan, there’s an alternate version available with some eye-popping new moments added. Take a look!
While a lot of what is on show here is identical to what has gone before, there are also some lovely shots of the SHIELD Helicarrier, Gwyneth Paltrow’s Pepper Potts looking concerned about… something (probably the alien attack) from the Stark corporate jet, Quinjets a-plenty, more from Black Widow and, as though the Marvel gods heard the complaints from Hawkeye fans, an actually line for everyone’s favourite Bowman. Yeah, it’s not a speech, but it’s something. Even Cobie Smulders’ Maria Hill gets a little more screen time.
Plus there’s most of what you loved from the last one and a couple of additional glances at a certain Mr Loki, which should please Tom Hiddleston’s ever-growing army of followers.
All of this just makes us that much more eager to see the finished product. Is it April 26 yet?
