Pixar have put a new 45-second teaser for Cars online.
It’s the first new material to arrive since the original, equally brief trailer screened in front of The Incredibles.
And they’ve also included some expanded plot information on the Apple site carrying the trailer: “Lightning McQueen, a hotshot rookie race car driven to succeed, discovers that life is about the journey, not the finish line, when he finds himself unexpectedly detoured in the sleepy Route 66 town of Radiator Springs. McQueen gets to know the town’s offbeat characters- who help him realize that there are more important things than trophies, fame and sponsorship.”
Paul Newman and Owen Wilson add their voices to the film’s vehicular stars. Check out the trailerhere.
