Last week, the news broke that Alfre Woodard will be starring in gothic ghost story Haunted. Now we know at least one person who will joining her in the cast, as Game Of Thrones veteran Rose Leslie has signed on to play the lead.

Loosely based on Henry James' Turn Of The Screw, the film will see a young woman (Leslie) arriving to work at a wealthy estate, but who soon starts to believe that the house is haunted. And things take a turn for the creepier when she starts to suspect that the children in her care are possessed. As for Woodard, all we know about her character so far is that she'll be someone who already works at the mansion.

This one comes from a team with real horror chops including director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo and Conjuring writers Chad and Carey Hayes.

Leslie, who tackled terror with 2014's Honeymoon, will also face a scary situation in sci-fi thriller Morgan, which arrives here on September 2.
