When you hear that Gal Gadot as signed on to a remake of 1955 thriller To Catch A Thief, your reaction might be, "Didn't she just appear in a movie about thieves?" And we would not blame you. Still, she's not letting that stop her, and Paramount is glad to hear it.

Th studio has Eileen Jones, a veteran of TV series Prodigal Son, writing the script, which will offer a new take on the Alfred Hitchcock film, which starred Cary Grant and Grace Kelly in the story of former thief who must prove his innocence after being suspected of returning to his former occupation.

Yes, attempting a new version of a Hitchcockian pic is risky at best, and so far the studio has not specified what spin it'll put on the tale – Gadot will no doubt be the lead, but otherwise it's anyone's guess at this point.
