Official synopsis first... "At the start of the pandemic, indulgent and self-deluded live-streaming improv musician Annie (Annie Hardy) abandons LA for London, steals her ex-band mate’s car, and makes the wrong decision to give a ride to an elderly woman who is not what she seems."
Yes, that's the barebones story, and to be honest, you're probably better off going into this one not knowing much more. It's interesting that the pandemic is still on Savage's mind, though, given how it shaped his Zoom-based first horror.
