The mystery bug that hospitalised Winona Ryder in London earlier this week is more serious than was originally thought. On Tuesday we reported that the production of her latest project, Lily and the Secret Planting, had consequently been delayed. It now appears that the star has been advised to recuperate for a few weeks back in Los Angeles, and as a result, she has been forced to pull out of the movie altogether. Speaking to The Sun this morning, the film's producer Mark Hubbard said,
