Batgirl, which has Bad Boys For Life directing duo Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah behind the camera and Birds Of Prey's Christina Hodson on script duty, the film will see Barbara's early days battling crime in Gotham, where her father, Jim Gordon (JK Simmons) is Police Commissioner.
Michael Keaton will show up as Bruce Wayne/Batman, while Brendan Fraser is playing Garfield Lynns, also known as the villain Firefly. The movie is currently aimed at an HBO Max release in the US, which means it may premiere as a digital download in the UK.
