With Venom: Let There Be Carnage proving to be another box office success, and other projects in the works, writer/producer Kelly Marcel is adding a new movie to her list. She'll be one of the producers for Blood Mother, which has Felicity Jones attached to produce.
The story, cooked up by Marcel and fellow Cruella writer Steve Zissis (with Zissis writing the script), follows an Oxford professor who discovers her baby is inhuman and finds herself doing the unimaginable to keep him alive.
Jones will also be a producer, with New Regency throwing the project into development. There's no director attached yet, but given the people involved it probably won't be too long before this one is shooting.
