The Farrelly Bros’ new comedy, Hall Pass, started shooting the other day – so it’s a relief to hear that they’ve completed casting with the addition of Christina Applegate, Alyssa Milano, Vanessa Angel and Larry Campbell.
The movie stars Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis as married men who receive a ‘hall pass’ from their wives that allow them to cheat, without repercussions, for one week, and one week only. Hilarity – and a bit of soul-searching – doubtless ensues.
Angel, of course, has worked with Peter and Bobby Farrelly before, on their wonderful bowling comedy Kingpin (which, whisper it, just might be their best film), but Applegate and Milano are first-timers in the Farrellyverse.
There’s no word yet on who the new additions will play, but as Jenna Fischer is already on board as Wilson’s wife, we’d bet that one of the totty-tastic trio – possibly Applegate – will play Sudeikis’ missus, with Angel and Milano as seductive bumps in the road.
