Sly Stallone is being lined up for the lead in a new Jurassic Park-style thriller called Fatalis, which sees saber-toothed tigers again roaming the Earth. The Jeff Rovin-penned story has the killer cats springing to life thanks to climatic changes of El Nino, and attacking anything that moves in Los Angeles. The hero is an academic with a penchant for ancient weaponry, who tries to prevent the invasion. Rovin also wrote Vespers, a giant-bats-hit-New York tale which is already in feature development with Barry Sonnenfeld and Disney.
