He may not have cleaned up at the BAFTAs, but George Clooney doesn’t let that stop him. He’s hard at work on his new film Michael Clayton, and we have exclusive set pictures from it below.
In the film, Clooney plays the title role of a lawyer who has spent years cleaning up the problems of his high-profile clients, only for his past to come back and haunt him in the shape of some serious problems of his own.
Multi-hyphenate Clooney is only starring rather than also writing and directing (those duties fall to Tony Gilroy), which might come as something of a relief for him. His supporting cast should also be able to handle some of the heavy lifting, as it includes Sydney Pollack, Tilda Swinton and Tom Wilkinson.
Enjoy some glimpses of the set, as well as a reminder that hot dogs, however appetising they seem at a distance, may not prove such a good idea after all…
