Leicester Square can be a weird place at the best of times, but when peopled by throngs of Trekkies in full Enterprise gear, it turns into one scary locale indeed. The intergalactic enthusiasm and stellar good humour of the costumed crowds who turned out for last night's premiere of Picard and crew's latest outing Star Trek: Nemesis ensured, however, that even the Borg could have got a good welcome.
