Earlybird Premieres For Edinburgh

Filmgoers in Scotland and London will be enjoying a taster of this year's Edinburgh Festival months in advance next month when the festival's Early Spring schedule goes on tour. Among the seven films receiving their UK premieres at cinemas in Edinburgh, Glasgow and London will be the new Geoffrey Rush movie Lantana and The Man From Elysian Fields which stars Andy Garcia and Mick Jagger. The full roster, which includes films from Iran, Norway and Germany, will be playing at the Edinburgh Filmhouse, Glasgow Film Theatre and Curzon Soho in London from the first week in March.
