Fantasy epic Eragon seems such a long way away. But if you’re feverishly anticipating the adaptation of Christopher Paolini’s tale of dragons, heroes and an evil king, you can get your first look at the film right here.
It’s a pretty typical behind-the-scenes featurette (apparently it’s “not the world of Harry Potter or the world of Lord Of The Rings, but the world of Eragon”, which is good to know), but does at least give you a peek into the costumes, sets and effects.
The movie, directed by Stefan Fangmeier, is currently shooting in Hungary, stars Jeremy Irons, Djimon Hounsou, Edward Speleers and John Malkovich will hit cinemas in 2007.
