Viewers aren't the only ones to find The Cell disturbing

Vincent D'Onofrio took to stalking people for real as part of his research for Tarsem's twisted thriller The Cell. The film, pegged as one of the goriest ever, sees Jennifer Lopez in peril after she enter the mind of a comatose killer in an attempt to locate his latest victim. D'Onofrio, however, appears to have suffered similar distress attempting to get inside his role as the sadistic psychopath. While at the International Comic-Con in San Diego, the star admitted to discreetly stalking people in L.A. restaurants during his preparation for the part, in much the same manner that a serial killer picks out a target. "I would watch people for a long time. I would think of them as a victim and I would follow them through the room," recalls D
