In what seems like an unusual match, Happy Endings director Don Roos will take the lead for Fox 200’s dog comedy Marley & Me.
Whether he’ll direct is another matter, but for now Roos will adapt the script based on Philadelphia Inquirer columnist John Grogan’s memoir of 13 years spent with the titular misbehaving canine.
