Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge's career has been going from strength to strength, particularly in the TV world with the likes of Killing Eve. HBO and Entertainment One have her co-creating and appearing in new comedic romantic thriller pilot Run, and Domhnall Gleeson will be co-starring.

Crafted by Waller-Bridge and regular collaborator Vicky Jones (with the latter handling the actual writing of the pilot), Run will see a woman named Ruby marking time a humdrum existence who one day gets a text, inviting her to fulfill a youthful pact promising true love and self-reinvention, by stepping out of her life to take a journey with her oldest flame. Waller-Bridge is planning to take a recurring role, but won't be starring in this one.

Gleeson will be Billy Johnson, a successful life guru from a wealthy Irish family. Born with the gift of the gab, he deftly combines a boatload of charisma with a boundless need for approval. It's a rare leading gig for Gleeson on the small screen, though he's cropped up in shows such as Catastrophe and Black Mirror.

The actor is currently on UK cinema screens in The Little Stranger and will be seen in crime drama The Kitchen. He's also been back at work in the galaxy far, far away as shooting on Star Wars Episode IX continues.
