He may have missed out on starring in Woody Allen’s next film, but Serenity’s David Krumholtz has found a decent runner-up prize: he’s working with Eva Mendes.
Krumholtz has joined the cast of Live!, the indie drama that follows an ambitious TV president (Mendes) trying to put a Deer Hunter-style, live-ammo Russian Roulette show on to the air.
Director Bill Guttenberg is scheduled to start calling the shots (ahem) next week.
