After directing Saw 2, you might forgive Darren Lynn Bousman for wanting to direct a light romantic comedy, or something about a cute puppy. No need – he’s signed up to helm Wichita for Dimension.
It’s a thriller that tracks an unspeakable crime which impacts upon the lives of eight characters. The script was written by Scott Milam.
"What's terrifying about this story is that it's based in reality and could happen to anyone," Milam tells Variety. "It's a slice of Americana gone bad and getting worse."
But before he can crack on with that, Bousman has to finish the next Saw instalment. Someone’s going to be washing blood out of their shirt for months.
