Columbia Picks Up Summer Camp Comedy

From new writer Jason Sullivan

Columbia has picked up an untitled comedy from newcomer Jason Sullivan that sounds to us an awful lot like Meatballs meets Old School.

The film is a summer camp comedy that revolves around three thirtysomething friends who realise that they never went to summer camp as kids. Fearing that they missed out in some way, they invent their own camp and invite other adults to join them. Cue debauchery, much drinking, rutting and general tomfoolery.

Columbia paid six figures to Sullivan for his pitch.
