As if one new poster for Captain Kirk and crew of the good ship USS Enterprise wasn't enough, another fresh Star Trek Beyond one-sheet has arrived online. Check it out below.
The new image arrives as Beyond has less than two months before it lands in our cinemas and follows the typically colourful path that the posters for this third of the Star Trek movies has followed. No blue steel-tinged pictures of Benedict Cumberbatch this time...
As for the story, Beyond finds Kirk (Chris Pine), Bones (Karl Urban), Spock (Zachary Quinto) and co. in the middle of their five-year mission to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new... you know the drill. Despite the excitement and adventure of deep space exploration, the routine of charting the unknown has started to weigh on the captain, who is beginning to question his choices.
But he'll be confronted with more than existential malaise when a brand new race, led by the driven Krall (Idris Elba) seriously attacks the ship, leaving the crew separated, stranded and facing their biggest challenge yet.
With Zoe Saldana, John Cho, Anton Yelchin, Simon Pegg (who also co-wrote the script with Doug Jung), Sofia Boutella and Shohreh Aghdashloo in the cast, Star Trek Beyond, directed this time by Justin Lin, will be out on July 22. Here's the latest trailer...
