Clark Gregg Added To Thor

Given how dedicated the Marvel movie team are to weaving a cohesive universe for all their superhero films to inhabit, it's no shocker to learn that one of the more fun fan-servicing elements from Iron Man, Clark Gregg's Agent Coulson, will appear in Thor.

But it's good news to hear that at least one member of the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division, AKA S.H.I.E.LD, will crop up in Kenneth Branagh's film (though given that Samuel L Jackson signed a deal for about 7,000 Marvel movies last year, we'd hazard a guess Nick Fury might show up to the party too).

And speaking of news that isn't shocking, Coulson will also make an appearance in Iron Man 2. Will he get more screen time this go-around? Doubt it, but then, he did okay in the first Tony Stark outing and Gregg is the sort of actor who can do a lot with smaller roles - and these Marvel paycheques should keep him going if he decides to direct another indie film like Choke.
