Even as the cameras roll on comedy sequel Horrible Bosses 2, the cast’s ranks are swelling around returning stars Jason Sudeikis, Jason Bateman and Charlie Day. A couple of weeks ago, news broke that Chris Pine would be playing one-half of a devious father-son partnership. Now we know who the daddy is: Christoph Waltz{ =nofollow}.

The Django Unchained actor doesn’t often dabble in the comedy waters, but is a proven laugh-grabber when he does. He’s locking in a deal to be Pine’s father as part of a duo who end up stealing an invention cooked up by Sudeikis, Bateman and Day.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Aniston and Kevin Spacey are close to signing on to return from the first film, though whether they’ll still be causing trouble for our heroes or helping them this time around remains to be seen.

Sean Anders and John Morris worked on the script and are directing (Anders) and producing (Morris) the new movie. New Line wants the film in cinemas on November 26 in the US and November 28 over here.
