Clearly set in a world where "the" doesn't exist, this Sabrina
stars Mad Men veteran Kiernan Shipka, a young woman dealing with her dual nature as both a mortal and a witch. While she tries to maintain something of a normal life as a high schooler, she must also confront the forces of evil threatening the daylight world of humans.
Developed by Riverdale producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and snapped up by Netflix with a two-season initial order, the series promises to be a lot moodier than the brightly lit 1990s show.
The cast also includes Miranda Otto, Lucy Davis, Ross Lynch, Michelle Gomez and Richard Coyle and kicks off on the streaming service on 26 October.
