Armageddon producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Michael Bay are assembling a killer cast for their forthcoming WWII drama Pearl Harbour. The movie, which already includes another Armageddon alumni Ben Affleck in a lead role, also boasts Josh Hartnett, Ewan Bremner and Cuba Gooding Jr.. Now Tom Sizemore has signed on to play a mechanic, and Kate Beckinsale will be the army nurse who both Hartnett and Affleck fall in love with. The film's budget is rumoured to be one of the biggest ever, in the region of $135 million, and Affleck has waived his fee in favour of percentage points. The star says Pearl Harbour is a "complex story" which looks at the effect of the war on the USA, the events on the day of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour, and the love triangle between the two navy pilot friends and the nurse.
