Trailers can deceive, but this looks very much to be more along the lines of Sicko than the unfocused and sprawling Fahrenheit 911.
It also looks damn funny, with "the most feared filmmaker in America" attempting a citizen's arrest on the board of directors of American International Group; investigating allegations of corruption between Goldman Sachs and Congress; and undertaking a quest, like a shambling Frodo, to find the missing billions from the meltdown.
The documentary premieres at the Toronto International Film Festival next month. A UK release date is TBC.
