After filming his latest indie movie, Ed Burns needs a Holiday.
He’s joined the cast of Nancy Myers rom com Holiday, hot on the heels of finishing filming on indie flick Purple Violets. He’s written and directed Violets, and stars alongside Selma Blair, Patrick Wilson and Debra Messing. It’s about a writer (Blair) struggling to live up to expectations.
When he’s finished working for Myers, he’ll shoot his new script, Five-Fourths, a multigenerational drama about a New York family of cops.
