The British film industry has received a welcome shot in the arm with the announcement this weekend that Oliver Stone's new movie will be shot here in the Spring. Beyond Borders, which stars Kevin Costner and Catherine Zeta-Jones, s a big budget action movie. What may have swung the decision for Stone was that he will be able to shoot certain bombing sequences in various disused RAF bases around Britain, reports The Sunday Times. The Ministry of Defence has declared itself happy to deal with Stone, despite rumours that the film's script will be critical of Nato's conduct during the war.
