Ben Kingsley and Emily Mortimer have come over all Hitchcockian.
They’ve signed on to Chase Palmer’s previously announced drama Number Thirteen.
Ewan McGregor and Dan Fogler are already attached, with the latter playing the young Alfred Hitchcock as he struggles to make his first film, also called Number Thirteen. In real life, Hitch never completed the movie and the new film will spin a fictional yarn about its production, complete with him getting wrapped up in a murderous romance straight out of one of his later films.
Palmer also wrote the script and will start shooting next February.
