We're all anticipating the return of Michael Keaton to the cowl as Bruce Wayne/Batman for The Flash next year, but we now know that's not the only place he'll be squeezing back into the suit. He's now agreed to play Batman again for the Batgirl movie.

The film, whichBad Boys For Life duo Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are busy making in London right now (though hopefully they have some time off for the holidays), will star In The Heights' Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon, aka Commissioner Gordon's daughter (JK Simmons is returning to play Jim Gordon).

Christina Hodson wrote the script, but the story is being kept quiet, though we can expect Batgirl battling one of the many villains from her comic book history.

Batgirl has yet to lock in a release date, and right now it is aimed at releasing (in the States, at least) only on HBO Max. As for The Flash, that should be speeding into cinemas on 4 November.
