Hooray for Aussie star Eric Bana who, unlike other tightlipped superheros, is happy to talk about his upcoming role in The Hulk in this month's Empire magazine. 'I think the Hulk is the only reluctant superhero,' Bana tells the magazine. 'Superman puts on the cape, Spider-Man puts on the suit and Batman goes into the cave, but The Hulk has no control and for me that's an awesome prospect.' Is he nervous at all about working with Ang Lee? '[Lee's] interested in making souful pictures and I think that he sees The Hulk as that in a comic style. I'm really up to being on that ride with him. So can he tell us anything more about how he's going to approach the dual roles of Dr Bruce Banner and the angry green giant? 'I can't give much away, but The Hulk is not the size of a human being.' You can find the full story in the April issue of Empire out on newsstands 1 March 2002.
