Given that she’s playing Alice Cullen, one of the vampires in the sure-to-be-huge Twilight (cue screaming and general insanity), 2009 could be an interesting time for actress Ashley Greene.
And she’s certainly not wasting any time in seeking out roles, for she’s signed on to star in the dark thriller Summer. Well, actually, she’s been shooting the movie for several weeks, but her casting has only just been officially announced. Go figure.
Greene will play a girl searching for the father she’s never known who instead finds that she’s related to a family of psychopaths, led by Stephen McHattie (who’ll soon be seen as Hollis Mason, the original Nite Owl, in the forthcoming Watchmen).
