Alan Partridge Podcast

As you may know, we at Empire are big fans of Alan Partridge, and since he can't shoot one of his TV shows, he's now decided to jump on the Podcast bandwagon. From The Oasthouse: The Alan Partridge Podcast will start up on Audible this September, but a free sample is now available for a limited time.

In true Partridge style, it's a collection of rambling opinions, (and rambling itself), taking pot-shots at those who don't appreciate his genius and pitching weird movie ideas (Bruce Willis as an all-action architect?).

Planning to record from his shed, or rather his "podcast innovation studio", Partridge will be delivering his wisdom on a weekly basis.

We're mostly just glad to see Steve Coogan finding yet another new form for his most famous creation, with, presumably, the help of regular collaborators Neil and Rob Gibbons.

You'll be able to find the Podcast for pre-order at this link. And the free episode will be available via Amazon Alexa until 12 June.
