Grumpy old man ties 10,000 balloons to his house in a bid to float to South America. It's not the average Pixar pitch (no talking fish or anthropomorphised toys) and something you might instead expect to find on the cover of the National Enquirer but it is the story behind Up, the latest project from the CG uber-wizards.
The film is scheduled for release in October 2009 but we have an exclusive interview and images in the new issue of Empire magazine (in shops now).
