If you’ve been even half awake since last Summer’s Comic-Con then you’ll know that we simply can’t be any more excited about Paul McGuigan’s new film, Push. Think X-Men with psychics and you’re halfway to understanding the film, which sees a government initiative to militarise mental abilities cause superpowered people to walk among us.
A new poster for the film is now online and shows a character hurling enemies, a car and an assault rifle (which CoD4 players might recognise as a G36C) out of his path. Despite the film’s title and tagline, the character in the poster is not, in fact, 'Pushing'. Pushers put thoughts in your mind and bend you to their will, Movers, on the other hand, are the ones who can throw stuff around with their minds. Just saying.
