As **Kick-Ass **heads towards us all with the force of a speeding bullet, the promotional materials are arriving thick and fast. The latest? This new international red band trailer, courtesy of MSN UK.

If you're one of the few people still unaware, this latest promo will help spell out the story: average teen lad Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson) figures that he could make a go of being a superhero even though he lacks the most basic powers. So he decides to don a costume and try it anyway.

He soon discovers a world he's not quite ready for, where young girls heft guns and spout profanities and bored rich kids use their money to help them fight crime.

We've seen a lot of the footage here before, but there are enough new snippets present to make it worth your while. Take a look below. But remember: don't go watching it at work or school and don't show it to impressionable kids. Or, if you do, deny all knowledge.

Kick-Ass comes out on April 2, but you can read lots more about it in the current issue of Empire. You know you can't resist.
