Could today's snow be the ultimate PR stunt for Robert Redford's next Sundance London? A reminder, perhaps, that we too can have first-look indie films in a blizzardy climate? Probably not - not even the great Bob Redford can control the weather - but it does at least put us in the mood for today's freshly-announced Sundance London line-up.

The second Sundance London film and music festival runs from April 25 to 28 at The O2 and packs in 18 feature films and nine shorts. There are six debut directorial efforts and 23 premieres included in the line-up.

Lynn 'Humpday' Shelton's Touchy Feely, boasting the talents of Rosemarie DeWitt, Allison Janney, Ron Livingston, Scoot McNairy and Ellen Page, features in the feature film category, as does Mariel Hemingway documentary,** Running From Crazy**. There's also drama (Emanuel And The Truth About Fishes),** Rust And Bone**-like killer-whale docs (Blackfish) and coming-of-age comedies (The Kings Of Summer).

Leading off the UK Spotlight section, meanwhile, is Michael Winterbottom and Steve Coogan's latest collaboration, The Look Of Love, which gets a UK premiere at the festival. There's also auto-horror** In Fear** from Jeremy Lovering and tragic K2 mountaineering documentary, The Summit, as well as (literally) bovine comedy-doc, The Moo Man.

“We would hope for Sundance London to be another 'Sundance' experience", explained Redford, "[that's] lively, culturally relevant and fun. We look forward to engaging with audiences as we discover new voices, new points of view and new perspectives.”
