Maybe it's because we're still pulling ourselves together after Revolutionary Road, but the lack of fanfare over Sam Mendes' next offering is just a little surprising. It's crept under the radar so far, but Away We Go is rooted firmly in Mendes' favourite milieu - the trials and tribulations of American suburbia - and, judging by the trailer, will offer a sharp script and plenty of lo-fi quirkiness.

Away We Go sees a young expectant couple, Maya Rudolph and the US Office's John Krasinski, embarking on a trip across America to find the perfect home to raise their child.

With Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jeff Bridges, Catherine O'Hara and the always-fabulous Allison Janney, the cast has a strong look to it. Click here to watch the trailer.

**Away We Go **is released in the US on June 5 and will be out in Blighty later this year.
