With Skull Island, Kong's latest instalment stomping across cinema screens, eyes have turned to the next film featuring his eventual opponent, one Mr. G.Zilla. The cast of sequel movie Godzilla: King Of The Monsters is growing to include Aisha Hinds.

The actress, who plays Harriet Tubman on US drama Underground and appears on cop drama Shots Fired, has signed on to the monster movie in an unknown capacity.

Details on the new Godzilla outing are limited right now, and nothing has been formally announced as to what co-writer and director Michael Dougherty and writer Zach Shields have planned, beyond the obvious monster mash action.

Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, Millie Bobby Brown, O'Shea Jackson and 2014 Godzilla veteran Ken Watanabe are all aboard, and the film will be out on 22 March, 2019.
