With shooting set to start shooting next month, Ant-Man And The Wasp director Peyton Reed is building the cast he needs around stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly and Michael Douglas. According to Variety, Hannah John-Kamen is the first new face added.

Quite what she'll be playing in the superhero sequel is being kept quiet by the studio. In fact, beyond the story of Lilly's Hope van Dyne embracing her heroic mission as The Wasp alongside Rudd's Ant-Man, not much is known about the story, currently credited to Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari, with story work from Rudd and Adam McKay.

The trade mag reports that John-Kamen beat out several others for her role, and her career has been taking off in the last few years. She's worked on shows such as Black Mirror, Game Of Thrones and Killjoys and has the cinematic likes of Ready Player One and the new Tomb Raider headed our way in the next year. Add to that Ant-Man And The Wasp , targeting a 29 June, 2018 release.
