We've already had one image of Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard in Robert Zemeckis' new World War II thriller Allied. And the trailer arrived recently (you can find it at the bottom of the page). Now here comes the new poster for the movie.
This one sees Pitt play an Allied intelligence officer called Max Vatan. In North Africa in 1942 he meets Cotillard’s resistance fighter Marianne Beausejour on a potentially deadly mission behind German lines. There's an instant attraction, but not that much time for love given their respective responsibilities. Back in London later, the pair rekindle their affair as the bombs fall.
There will be subterfuge; there will be men in trenchcoats; there will be double-crossing. Well, maybe. But we do know for sure there will be Jared Harris, Lizzy Caplan, Matthew Goode and Simon McBurney, who are all in the cast.
Allied will be in cinemas from 25 November.
