The original title of this fluffy teen movie ended “and the Seven Dorks”; without that addition, it’s rather unclear what we’re riffing on at first. Sydney (Amanda Bynes) has her heart set on joining the sorority of which her late mother was a member. But her tomboyish ways earn the wrath of bitchy sorority head Rachel Witchburn (Sara Paxton) while winning the devotion of fratboy head Tyler Prince (Matt Long) — dig those subtle surnames!

Naturally, our heroine ends up in a house full of geeks who match the Disney dwarf monikers, and brings sunshine and girlfriends to their loserish lives while all learn the value of Being Oneself. Nonsense, but Bynes’ goofy charm saves it from total ignominy.
